This elegant family-friendly event offered food stalls and activities for children of all ages, including: pony rides, face painting and much more! Attendees enjoyed an afternoon in the country with their family and helped raise funds for a great cause!
This special fundraising event included the opportunity to watch the exciting sport of polo and meet and greet the players and horses. Sometimes referred to as “The Sport of Kings”, polo showcases the majestic beauty and great athleticism of horses, combined with the athletic skill of the rider.There was a game announcer and a designated VIP seating area in a tent which had complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and a buffet of halal hors d’oeuvers.

All proceeds from Polo for Prevention will go toward HIV prevention in Zambia and Hepatitis C prevention in Pakistan. In Zambia, IDRF will help improve maternal and child health systems through Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMCTC) of HIV. In Pakistan, IDRF is providing vaccines for the prevention of Hepatitis B and C in Dadu district in Sindh. After screening thousands of residents in high-risk villages, IDRF will be vaccinating people who have tested positive for HBV or HCV. Economic stability and the chance to flourish cannot occur when a community does not enjoy good health.
